Investment AB Latour has established a green framework to enable green financing.
The framework is in accordance with the EU Taxonomy and the proposed European Green Bond Standard and sets the conditions for which assets and projects can be financed through green bonds. To ensure that the green framework meet the high sustainability requirements, the independent research institute Cicero has reviewed the framework and rated it Medium Green.
On June, 2, 2022 Investment AB Latour issued the first two green bonds, which totaled SEK 700 million, within the framework of the existing MTN program.
